I will conduct a quick movement screen to determine what movements are safe for you to perform, THEN I will guide you through a workout/lesson designed to show progress within that session.
At the end of the session, you’ll be given an opportunity to enroll in a 4-week trial, the cost of which can be put toward furthering your membership if you choose to do so.
