About the event
INTRO / CONSULTATION
I will conduct a quick movement screen to determine what movements are safe for you to perform,
THEN I WILL guide you through a workout/lesson designed to show progress within that session.
At the end of the session, you’ll be given a one-time opportunity to enroll in a Discounted 4-week trial, AND the ability to put the entire cost of the Trial toward furthering your membership.
